We're sorry we can't meet in person, but here is a cookie recipe you can enjoy at home!
Chocolate-dipped peanut butter cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- About six ounces of semi-sweet chocolate (chips or baking chocolate, chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together eggs and brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
- Scoop dough into balls, about two tablespoons each.
- Space dough on baking sheets, about two inches apart. Press dough down with a fork.
- Bake cookies for 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cookies cool completely.
- Gently melt chocolate in a pan on the stove, or in a bowl in the microwave, careful not to let it burn.
- Dip cookies into melted chocolate and place on cooling rack to set.
