We're sorry we can't meet in person, but here is a cookie recipe you can enjoy at home!

Chocolate-dipped peanut butter cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • About six ounces of semi-sweet chocolate (chips or baking chocolate, chopped)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
  4. Scoop dough into balls, about two tablespoons each.
  5. Space dough on baking sheets, about two inches apart. Press dough down with a fork.
  6. Bake cookies for 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cookies cool completely.
  7. Gently melt chocolate in a pan on the stove, or in a bowl in the microwave, careful not to let it burn.
  8. Dip cookies into melted chocolate and place on cooling rack to set.
