7. Next steps and timeline

We will collect comments and questions via this open house until Oct. 24. The project team will respond to questions directly.

A summary of comments and responses to questions will be available on the project webpage in the coming weeks.

We will present the bike and pedestrian alternatives to the Board of County Commissioners. We expect the Board will provide guidance on bike and pedestrian options.

The right-of-way acquisition process will begin in the final phase of design. A right-of-way agent will notify and individually work with each impacted property owner to obtain necessary right-of-way and/or easements.

Construction is planned for spring 2023 through fall 2024.
